Happy Father's Day

The kids didn't get to spend Father's Day with their Daddy since we were in Missouri, but I was able to spend it with my Dad. The first time in 12 years I think. We started the day with church, then we came back to Mimi and Papa's for lunch and gave Papa his present and then we went to Dickerson Park Zoo in Springfield, Missouri. Papa decided not to join us since he was on call for work. It was a VERY hot and humid day so we didn't move too slow at the zoo. We saw the animals we wanted to see and left. We had a great day!!!

Noah and Clay were waiting for church or lunch.

Alli posing for a picture.

Clay loved feeding the goats.

I got a picture of the goats tongue. ha!

Alli was nervous at first to feed the goats.

Noah had no fear when it came to feeding the goats.

Clay loved his corn dog.

Noah, Allison and Clay eating lunch at the zoo.

Clay wearing his safari hat. It was soooo hot that day!

We rented a double stroller and that was the best idea of the day!

Clay feeding the giraffe.

Allison feeding the giraffe.

Allison was "video taping" the giraffe with her binoculars.

Clay was looking at an anaconda. There was a man in there cleaning out the exhibit. Scary!!!!

Silver Dollar City

Noah and Clay were ready to go to Silver Dollar City!

Clay checking out the pinwheels.

My sister Lyndsey and I were getting ready to ride the Electro Spin.

Lyndsey and I were getting ready to ride Powder Keg. Allison was tall enough to ride, but she didn't want to. I'm glad she didn't after we rode it...a wild but great ride!

We were ready to blast off on Powder Keg.

Clayton playing in the water at Geyser Gulch.

Allison running through the water fountains at Geyser Gulch.

Playing in the Geyser Gulch treehouse.

Aunt Lyndsey took Alli and Clay on Wings of Wonder ride.

The Wings of Wonder ride was fun!

Clay really liked the Happy Frogs ride. It bounced up and down as well as going around.

Waiting for their ride to start.

Clay playing in the ball room at Geyser Gulch.

They had all these vacuums that sucked up all the balls and dumped them into this other machine (looked like a giant bubble gum machine) and then spitted them out into the air.

Tired Kids

Clay and Allison were exhausted after riding rides and playing mini-golf.

Kids Kountry

The first Saturday we were in Missouri we took a trip to Branson, Missouri. Here are our pictures from the kiddie park, Kids Kountry.

This was the only "big kid" ride that Clay could go on and Allison had to take him. She wanted the yellow bunny and Clay picked the grey. I made her ride the grey since this was Clay's ride for the night. She was not happy about that!!

Noah and Allison on the train.

Clay liked riding the dump truck.

Noah and Allison on the train. Clay wanted to ride this so bad, but he wasn't old enough. :(

Dinasour Canyon Mini-Golf

After Kids Kountry we went to Dinasour Canyon mini golf course. It was a lot of fun!!!

Papa Jack and Clay

Grandma Beverly and Allison. I think Allison was trying to read the words.

Papa Jack pushing Clay in the stroller. It was late and Clay was a bit tired.

Clay got his energy back and wanted to give mini golf a try so Mimi was helping him. He was scary when he had the club all by himself. We said a lot of "watch out! Clay's got a golf club!!"

Mimi helping Alli on the first hole.

One of the big dinasours! Clay loved looking at them, but didn't want to get near them.

There was even a volcano that erupted every 5 minutes or so.
